1. The service

Bangarpet Property Hub is an online marketplace where property owners and brokers advertise properties and tenants and buyers discover them. We are not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users and do not act as a broker for any transaction.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings

Owners and brokers must be authorised to advertise the property and must provide accurate details and genuine photos. Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed under our listing policy.

4. Verification

A "Verified" badge indicates that we reviewed documents submitted by the owner or broker. It is not a guarantee of title, ownership, condition or legality of any property. Users must carry out their own due diligence.

5. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase. Plans are activated after the payment is verified. Prices, limits and features may change for future purchases. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund terms communicated at purchase and applicable law.

6. Prohibited use

You must not post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or offensive content, harvest contact details, demand advance payments before visits, or attempt to interfere with the security of the service.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from reliance on listing content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
