Register as a property owner or broker, then use 'List property' in your dashboard. The step-by-step form collects details, photos and pricing. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

It means our team has reviewed the identity (and, for brokers, business) documents submitted by the owner or broker. It is not a legal verification of property title. Always check ownership documents yourself, or with a lawyer, before paying any money.

Owners and brokers choose who can see their phone number: everyone, signed-in users only, or nobody (enquiries through the website only). Exact street addresses are shown only when the owner allows it.

Each plan has a listing duration (for example 30 days on the Free plan). You will get a reminder before your listing expires and can renew it from your dashboard.

Paid plans are purchased securely through Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking. Your plan is activated only after the payment is verified on our server. We never store your card details.

Open the listing and use 'Report listing'. Our team reviews every report. Never pay a token amount before visiting the property and meeting the owner.
